Alkaboat Plus Limited is an indigenous Ghanaian company engaged in the production and sale of quality Calcium Carbonate. The company engages in the supply of calcium carbonate to the oil industry, mining industry and paint industry. As a versatile chemical, calcium carbonate has several applications. It is used in the chemical industry, water treatment, agro-food industry, road construction (asphalting), mining industry (for ore processing) and steel industry. .
Establishment
The company was incorporated to commence business on the 29th of September 2010 under the 1963 companies’ code of Ghana, Act 179.
Under the code, the company is permitted to engage in:
- Production of Calcium Carbonate and allied products
- Import and export services
Our Vision
Alkaboat is committed to halt the importation of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) from North Africa and Europe by producing high quality Calcium Carbonate and its allied products to feed the nation’s mining, oil drilling, paint, soap, agricultural and the pharmaceutical industries as well as ultimately capturing the sub regional market within the shortest possible time.
